The purchase of products offered on saint-louis.com website is subject to the present Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions of Sale").

The saint-louis.com website is operated by the company Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis, manufacturer and entitled with the rights to sell the products offered at the saint-louis.com website. The products bought from the saint-louis.com website shall be dispatched directly from Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis logistic sites in France to the final consumers.

In order to ensure a best quality service and product availability, you may not order on the saint-louis.com website more than 9 items of the same reference number within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Availability

Order Confirmation

1. At the end of the ordering procedure, you are invited to click on the "Pay" icon.

2. As from confirmation, your order is transmitted to Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis for processing. The order could not be amended or cancelled except in the express conditions provided for in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the wholeness of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. You will receive an order summary.

The data registered by the saint-louis.com website establish the proof of the whole transactions operated between Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis and its customers. In case of dispute between Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis and one of its customers about a transaction made on the saint-louis.com website, the data registered by Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis are considered as an irrefutable proof of the content transaction.

In pursuance of the article L.134-2 of the French Consumer Code, when an order deals with an equal or superior to 120 euros amount, Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis shall keep the written document which states the contract concluded between Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis and a customer by electronic way from the execution of the contract, and within 10 years from the delivery date of the product(s) (in accordance with the executive order 2005-137 of the 16th February 2005). Price – Payment

The prices of Saint-Louis products are in euros, inclusive of taxes (European Union area). The amount of your order includes the duty and the delivery fees according to the chosen option (see "Shipping and delivery").

Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis reserves the rights to amend at anytime and without any previous notice the prices of the proposed Saint-Louis products on the saint-louis.com website. Invoicing of the Saint-Louis products is based on a price list posted on the saint-louis.com website at the time of the confirmation of your order, subject to the availability of the Saint-Louis products ordered at this time.

Any order at the saint-louis.com website has to be settled immediately after the confirmation of the order.

We only accept the credit card and charge card payment.

You cannot use any customer credit delivered by the Saint-Louis stores to purchase Saint-Louis products on the saint-louis.com website.

Orders are payable in euros. Accepted credit cards are: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Your order shipping will be effective after the checking of your payment mode and the acknowledgment receipt of the debit of your bank account.

The debit of your charge or credit card is effective only at the time of shipping of your order. In case of unavailability of ordered items (see "Availability"), only the price and the carrying cost about available Saint-Louis products will be debited.

The ordered Saint-Louis products remain the property of Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis until full payment of the price to Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis. In case of a payment incident, you undertake to return the received Saint-Louis products to Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis upon first request.

However, you shall bear the risks (in particular of loss, stealing or damage) relating to the delivered Saint-Louis products and this at the effective date of the delivery.

Any delivery address situated outside this zone will be refused. During the ordering procedure and for safety reasons, Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis will not process any order for which a post office box or “Cedex” address is provided.

Saint-Louis products will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure.

We will inform you of the duty and shipping costs for the shipment considering the country of delivery. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.

Allow 7 (seven) working days between the date of your order and the date of delivery.

However, Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis reserves the right to divide your order into part shipments. In this case, your charge card or credit card will be debited to the same way to correspond at the same prices of the effective delivered products. The shipping costs will only be invoiced for the goods shipped and for a single shipment.

Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days shall be reported to our Customer Services Department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.

Also, any complaint regarding the conformity or quantity of the Saint-Louis products delivered shall be brought to the attention of our Customer Services Department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.

You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.

If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund according to the terms and conditions contained in the section entitled "Returns - Exchanges - Refunds"

You are entitled to return or ask for the refund of any product ordered via the saint-louis.com website within the fifteen (15) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Saint-Louis products shall be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with its original invoice (or a copy in case of partial return), with the written mention: "SUBJECT TO UNPACKING FOR BREAKAGE OF CRYSTALWARE" to the following address:

You must fulfil the "Return form" and indicate if you wish to exchange the returned Saint-Louis products or be refunded of their amount.

If you exchange Saint-Louis products, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery. Only one exchange by item will be honoured. You may change the Saint-Louis product bought through the saint-louis.com website for one or several different items which together are equal or inferior in value to the full value of the original Saint-Louis product you have received.

If you ask for a refund, Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis shall do its best commercial efforts in order to ensure that the refund will be made within fifteen (15) business days following the receipt of the Saint-Louis products returned by crediting your charge or credit card. Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the saint-louis.com website, nor will the website issue a store credit for use in a Saint-Louis boutique. We do not refund any amount corresponding to a Saint-Louis products that you have received as a gift (please note that you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange in this case).

In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred by you to return products will only be refunded in case of non-conformity of Saint-Louis products (e.g., product reference error, damaged, etc.). Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis shall not be responsible or liable if any Saint Louis products you wish to return to the saint-louis.com website is lost, misdirected or delivered late Insofar as you have to bear the risks of the shipping you have chosen.

For gifts purchased through the saint-louis.com website, only exchange will be allowed (to the exclusion of any refund).

To the Saint Louis boutique located in Paris, France

Any Saint-Louis product purchased (or received as a gift) from the saint-louis.com website may also be exchanged for a different Saint-Louis product or for a store credit in the Saint-Louis boutique located at 13, Rue Royale, 75008, Paris, France within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- returned Saint-Louis products must be in their original condition and packaging;
- you must provide the original receipt along with your returns, or a copy of the receipt if you are returning part of your order.

The shipping costs of the first delivery of a product purchased on the saint-louis.com website will not be refunded when you return (for exchange or store credit) the product to the Saint-Louis boutique referred to above.

The Saint-Louis boutique does not offer refunds on any Saint-Louis products purchased on the saint-louis.com website. Under no circumstances will it be possible to credit your charge or credit card.

In order to request for the refund of a Saint-Louis product purchased on saint-louis.com website by exercising your retraction rights, you have to follow the previous procedure entitled "to saint-louis.com".

Hidden Defect Warranty

Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis warrants the conformity defect of the Saint-Louis products offered for sale on the saint-louis.com website according to the terms of the articles L211-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.

Limitation of Liability

Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use, buying of Saint-Louis products, or inability to use the saint-louis.com website.

Law - Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the French law, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Metz, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court. Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis shall be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its rights hereunder.
