Protecting water

Protecting water

The presence of natural resources determined the installation in 1586 of the ancestor of the Saint-Louis Crystal Glassworks. Water was used all through the workshops and still accompanies craftsmen today in each step of the crystal-making process: washing tools, cooling molds, preventing the warming of cutting wheels, polishing crystal. Water has a crucial role to play!
