What are the care instructions for Saint-Louis products?
We recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild dishwashing liquid, followed by drying with a soft, lint-free cloth. To remove marks left by tannin or limescale deposits, pour equal parts white vinegar and lukewarm water into the object, leave to act as needed, then rinse. This can also be done before first use or after a period of non-use to preserve the brilliance of the crystal.
If using a dishwasher: select a moderate temperature program, use a small amount of powdered detergent, and ensure sufficient space between items.
To facilitate drying and prevent condensation marks, insert a long strip of absorbent paper inside the object, extending beyond the rim.
To avoid thermal shock, rinse tea or coffee cups with lukewarm water, and cool ice buckets with cold water before use. For items decorated with gold or platinum, dishwasher use and vinegar are not recommended.
Is it possible to complete a service that is no longer in collection?
Clear crystal glasses no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 and champagne flutes from discontinued collections remain available for 5 years.
If a Saint-Louis piece is chipped, can it be repaired?
Saint-Louis does not offer a repair service. However, we can recommend the following artisan:

How can I recognize a Saint-Louis piece?

Can I have a Saint-Louis product authenticated or appraised?
Saint-Louis does not offer an official authentication or appraisal service. All Saint-Louis objects are stamped, which serves as proof of authenticity. If your item is not stamped and you wish to have it authenticated or appraised, we recommend consulting a licensed auctioneer or an accredited auction house.
What is the Saint-Louis stamp and where can it be found?
Since 1869, Saint-Louis has signed its creations to guarantee authenticity. Initially, this took the form of a paper label affixed to the piece. From 1936 onward, the signature evolved into an acid-etched stamp discreetly engraved beneath each creation. The evolution of the stamp over time allows collectors to date pieces and trace the history of the crystal pieces.
Where and how are Saint-Louis products made?
Founded in 1586 in Lorraine, Cristallerie Saint-Louis is France's oldest glass manufacturer. It officially became a crystal factory in 1781, after mastering the composition of crystal. For more than four centuries, it has embodied French craftsmanship excellence, combining traditional expertise with contemporary creativity.
Each Saint-Louis piece is handmade and mouth-blown by master glassmakers and cutters who are among the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, experts in the techniques of blowing, cutting, engraving, and gilding. The company offers refined collections of tableware, barware, lighting, and decorative objects.
Today, Saint-Louis continues to perpetuate its heritage by creating timeless works that enhance the art of the table and interior decoration.
Are Saint-Louis products covered by a warranty?
All Saint-Louis creations are crafted with the utmost care and meet the highest quality standards. In accordance with legal warranty requirements, products are free from defects in conformity. A two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery.

All technical information about our lighting fixtures is available directly from the product page. Before adding the item to your cart, click on the “More information” link to be redirected to the technical data sheet. Then, in the “Technical data sheet” section, you can download it in PDF format and view it.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
What are the delivery areas for Saint-Louis products?
Delivery is available to all European Union countries, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Lebanon, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan. Orders with delivery addresses outside these areas cannot be processed.
What are the shipping costs, and the time required for delivery?
Delivery to France and European Union countries: Free shipping costs on all orders.
Delivery to countries outside the European Union:
- For orders of less than €1000, shipping costs will be charged. Processing and/or delivery charges are calculated according to the country of delivery and the value of the order. The Customer must pay these costs in addition to the price of the Products purchased.
- For orders over €1000, shipping costs will be free.
Time required for delivery allows 7 opening days between the date of your order and the date of delivery. However, Saint-Louis reserves the right to split deliveries if all pieces are not immediately available. The customer would be offered a deadline for receiving the missing pieces or a refund for the pieces not available.
What can I do if the ordered product arrives damaged by transport?
Saint-Louis is committed, subject to available stock, to replace any products damaged by transport. If stocks were missing, the customer would be offered a deadline for receiving the missing pieces or a refund for the pieces not available.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them, or request a refund according to the following terms and conditions:

If you ask for a refund, Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis shall do its best commercial efforts in order to ensure that the refund will be made within fifteen (15) business days following the receipt of the Saint-Louis products returned by crediting your charge or credit card. Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the saint-louis.com website, nor will the website issue a store credit for use in a Saint-Louis boutique. We do not refund any amount corresponding to a Saint-Louis product that you have received as a gift (please note that you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange in this case).
Transport costs incurred in returning or exchanging products are free of charge by contacting customer service (for orders over 1000€ outside of Europe), who will provide you with a pre-paid returns label. The Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis is free to decide whether the products are in their original condition when they are returned to saint-louis.com and to proceed with the refund.
To the Saint Louis boutique located in Paris, France
Any Saint-Louis product purchased (or received as a gift) from the saint-louis.com website may also be exchanged for a different Saint-Louis product or for a store credit in the Saint-Louis boutique located at 13, Rue Royale, 75008, Paris, France within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Returned Saint-Louis products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt along with your returns, or a copy of the receipt if you are returning part of your order.
The shipping costs of the first delivery of a product purchased on the saint-louis.com website will not be refunded when you return (for exchange or store credit) the product to the Saint-Louis boutique referred to above.
The Saint-Louis boutique does not offer refunds on any Saint-Louis products purchased on the saint-louis.com website. Under no circumstances will it be possible to credit your charge or credit card.
Is delivery to a relay point available?
To offer you greater flexibility, Saint-Louis allows you to pick up your order at a pick-up point in France via Chronopost. This option is available after your order has been confirmed, when you receive the Chronopost tracking email. Simply choose your preferred pick-up point for hassle-free delivery.
Is Click & Collect available?
We are pleased to offer in-store pickup for your Saint-Louis creations. This exclusive service is available only at our Paris boutique located at 13 rue Royale in the 8th arrondissement. This service is available upon request once your order has been confirmed. Our team will contact you personally to arrange delivery under the best conditions.

All Saint-Louis creations are delivered in a signature gift box, suitable for gifting.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
When confirming your order, you will have the option to add a message of your choice to a gift card, after entering your details and before proceeding to the delivery stage. You can either enter a personalized message or request a blank card to personalize yourself.
Is the invoice included in the package?
The invoice is not included in orders shipped to European Union countries. The original invoice can be sent to you upon request by contacting our Customer Service department. For deliveries outside Europe, the invoice must be included with the shipping documents, but is not included in the package.

Enhance your crystal piece with a personalized engraving. Make it truly unique: matte or gold engraving, calligraphy or block letters, a date, a name, initials, or even a short phrase up to 40 chars, spaces included.
How long will it take to get a custom order with an engraving?
Please note that shipping and delivery times may be longer for personalized products. From the date of order, please expect a shipping and delivery timeframe of 10-15 business days.
Which crystal pieces can I personalize?

Can I return an engraved piece?
Personalized piece with an engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
