Two tumblers, one silhouette, two very different bevels: that's Répertoire, the capsule collection Saint-Louis built to mark its Manufacture's 440th anniversary. One carries a cut pulled straight from the house archive; the other reinterprets it entirely. Together they trace the letter B, the bevel motif, back to a much larger idea: a whole vocabulary of codes and cutting techniques that has defined Saint-Louis "rich" cuts since the house was founded in 1586, and that the Manufacture keeps reinventing to this day.

Keeping a bevel-cut line straight, sharp, and perfectly even demands real precision, deceptively so, since it's one of the first techniques any Saint-Louis cutter learns.
The newer of these two tumblers, catalogued as no. 11854, takes that discipline and pushes it further: its bevel doubles upon itself, tracing a path that wraps the piece all the way to the rim.
Its companion, no. 5775, answers with restraint. Drawn from the Manufacture's own archive, its closely set, perfectly regular notches reveal a different kind of virtuosity, one built on quiet consistency rather than flourish.
Both are finished with a rim of gold, and together they form Répertoire: two readings of a single silhouette, one historic, one new.
