Transparency in Coverage

Hermès of Paris, Inc., Créations Métaphores, Inc., and JL & Company Limited (US employees) (collectively, “Legal Entities”) as self-funded employers offering healthcare plans through UnitedHealthcare will comply with the United States’ Transparency in Coverage regulation. UnitedHealthcare will create and publish the required Machine-Readable Files on a monthly basis on behalf of these Legal Entities.
