The first chandelier-like creations were intended to adorn bronze structures made by goldsmiths who were clients of the manufacture. In 1858, the Cristallerie honed its ability to adapt these pieces, adding coloured ornamental components and branches to its catalogue, and placing candles at the ends of them.

Today, these creations continue to fascinate. They fit equally well in classic decor and contemporary environments. Whether classic or contemporary, a chandelier represents a subtle dialogue between heritage and creation. Renowned designers such as Hervé Van Der Straeten and Eric Gizard have contributed to Cristallerie Saint-Louis’s contemporary catalogue.

This collection offers a variety of models, from majestic chandeliers for high ceilings to elegant crystal ceiling lights for lower ceilings. Chandeliers can be composed of between eight and forty-eight lights, and customised models allow for the creation of exceptional designs. The largest chandelier ever made measures nine metres in height and features two hundred and twelve lights.
