If you are not satisfied with how we respond to your messages or suggestions, you may address a complaint to your respective national body in charge of monitoring Web Accessibility. For the countries of the European Union visit the Member States' bodies in charge of monitoring the Web Accessibility Directive for more details. Those bodies will examine complaints to determine if they relate to violations of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular to deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements. If the complaint is justified, they will make recommendations for action to the legal entities concerned and propose measures to eliminate the existing deficiencies.
