VISIT THE MUSEUM

The museum presents the history and current events of Saint-Louis.
Located in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Natural Park, it celebrates the heritage of the first crystal factory in France.

The name of the museum, La Grande Place, pays tribute to the glassmakers, working as a team on a “place”.

The remarkable architecture highlights more than 2000 exceptional creations from both heritage and contemporary collections. The museum offers a historical journey of know-how around a central well, enhanced by lighting fixtures, including a unique work with 120 lights.

From the museum, you can observe, through a window, the artisans at work shaping molten crystal.
