On the surface of the Illusions vase, the cut pattern of pearls and bevels creates hypnotic effects in the crystal. Geometric shapes blend harmoniously: circles and squares intertwine to create fascinating optical illusions, challenging first perceptions. This type of particularly complex and covering cut is characteristic of Saint-Louis. Requiring great technical mastery, the cutting of the vase takes more than ten hours of work and is entrusted to the most experienced craftsmen. Among them, some hold the prestigious title of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.
