VISIT THE MANUFACTURE
Starting from the museum, step inside the Saint-Louis manufacture, recognized as a Living Heritage Company (EPV).
Discover and admire the glassmakers shaping molten crystal, along with the cutters, engravers, and decorators who enhance each piece.
These artisans, some of whom are "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France" (Best Craftsmen of France) and Knights of the Order of Arts & Letters, embody know-how passed down through generations. The glassmaking gestures, listed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, make Saint-Louis an international reference in the art of living.
During the tour, a walkway overlooking the Grande Halle allows you to safely observe the "hot" work. The visit continues with the crystal paperweight workshop – Saint-Louis being the only contemporary creator – and the mold restoration workshop. You will finish with the so-called "cold" work, where you can admire up close the skills of cutters, engravers, and decorators.
- Opening: Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

- Closed: Mondays, public holidays, weekends, and during exceptional closure periods of the manufacture.

Groups/Schools
For groups of 10 people or more, the museum tour is available only by reservation.
Manufacture tours take place Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 am and/or from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. The visit lasts 1h30.

Tickets include access to the guided tour of the manufacture as well as to the museum, its permanent and temporary exhibitions.

- Full rate: €20
- Reduced rate, upon presentation of valid ID (children from 6 to 18*, job seekers, people with disabilities, students): €12
- Family rate (for 1 or 2 adults and up to 5 children under 18): €45
- Free admission, upon presentation of valid ID (teachers, journalists/press, lecturers/culture & tourism professionals, companions of disabled visitors*)
* For safety reasons, access to the manufacture is permitted from 6 years old (see access page).
